• welded flanges DIN and GOST. Flanges are welded to the ends of the pipes and tightened with fasteners. A gasket is placed between them, ensuring maximum tightness and uniform pressure distribution. The connection works at a load of up to 2.5 MPa;
• collar flanges DIN and GOST. They are welded to the pipes by the ends of the collars and pulled together with bolts or stilettos. Connection withstands pressure up to 40 MPa;
• free flanges are stainless and silomine. They rely on the ends of the pipes, to the ends of which collars are docked. Compounds with free flanges are used in hard-to-reach areas with the need for frequent maintenance. Flanges do not come into contact with the working environment, therefore, for non-stressed sections of the pipeline, the use of cheaper silo products is possible;
• DIN and GOST flange plugs blocking the operating flow;
• flange gaskets of steel and non-metallic DIN and GOST. For tense sections of the pipeline, steel, for less stressful — non-metallic ( paronite, Teflon, EPDM ) are used.
